LabUMat 2 is an automated urine analyzer that evaluates the 10 chemical parameters of the Labstrip U11 Plus GL urine strips and 3 physical parameters of urine respectively. The analyser has retained all the attractive features of its predecessor while performance has been improved. The strips are wetted by pipetting urine on each parameter, thus the minimum sample volume has been reduced to 2 ml. Correct pipetting is controlled by a sample level detector.
LabUMat 2 can be connected to the UriSed 2 automated urinalysis system, forming a complete urinalysis system.
